Returns & Refunds Policy

At ZCSucculents, we take great pride in the quality and health of our plants. As live products, plants are classified as perishable goods, and our returns policy is in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if there's a problem, we're here to help.

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants on Arrival

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. As a living product, a plant may show minor signs of stress from transit, such as a few dropped leaves or a little soil spillage. This is normal and will not affect its long-term health.

However, if your plant arrives in a damaged or unhealthy condition (e.g., snapped stem, significant wilting, or signs of disease), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send an email to zcsucculents@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the problem

  • A photograph of the plant showing the damage

We will assess the situation and, if the plant is deemed faulty, we will offer you a replacement, a refund, or store credit, at your discretion. We may also ask you to dispose of the plant and its original packaging.

Returns for Change of Mind

Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns for plants if you simply change your mind. Once a plant has left our care and is in your possession, its health and condition are subject to environmental factors beyond our control.

This policy does not affect your legal rights if the plant is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Returns for Non-Plant Items (e.g., pots, tools, accessories)

For non-perishable items purchased from our store, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. You can return these items for any reason, provided they are unused and in their original, re-saleable condition.

To initiate a return for a non-plant item, please email us at zcsucculents@gmail.com with your order number. Once we have acknowledged your return request, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us at your own cost.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns or refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or a bank statement.
